I replaced my Canon printer six months ago with an OfficeJet Pro 8600. It kept suggesting that the problem was due to a Canon Printer. I’m getting an error message that a driver supporting Solution Menu Ex is not installed. Next to it is a box that says, “Search the web and windows” But it’s not live. There is an icon there, but it’s black and white, not all the different colors that show it’s windows, and it’s dead.
